In 2010, Gulf Coast Hatteras extended our service department by allocating a sprawling, seven acre facility, located at Barber Marina. This enlarged space allows for more types of services, multiple customer care, and an aftermarket product display. The new facility features five indoor service bays, an electronics showroom, and an 11,000 plus square foot climate controlled, paint and finish building with a 65 foot entry door. Our technicians strive to excel in customer service as well as technical training. The service team at Gulf Coast Hatteras is certified by our brand manufacturers and trained by our equipment suppliers to install each piece of precision equipment to be added to the customer’s yacht. This training and ability to answer our customer’s questions make the Gulf Coast Hatteras Service Department second to none.
